I’ve spent over 25 years working in health, wellness, and clinical care, and along the way I’ve had the privilege of supporting thousands of people — from fitness clients and Zumba participants to patients in clinical and community settings, and attendees of wellness retreats and workshops.

​Each experience has taught me that true transformation happens when we honor the connection between mind, body, and nervous system.

I combine evidence-based tools, neuroscience, and somatic practices with real-world experience to help people regulate their nervous systems, rewire habitual patterns, and reconnect with balance, clarity, and resilience. Across six sessions, you’ll:

Mobility and Breathwork: Small Group Personal Training
Over six weeks, you'll learn and practice the core principles of mindful movement, mobility and breathwork, progressing step by step through the fundamentals. Each session begins with mobility exercises designed to restore natural movement patterns, improve joint function, and ease tension.

You’ll then be guided through breathwork techniques that move from simple awareness to more structured patterns, helping regulate your nervous system, enhance relaxation, and cultivate clarity and presence.

This series focuses on becoming comfortable with the essentials in a thoughtful, progressive way, equipping you with practical tools to move with ease, feel grounded, and integrate mindful breath into your daily life.
